Course Description

Dr. Chawla discusses how to approach interpretation in CT colonography, and highlights some common pitfalls that are encountered in routine practice. The main purpose of CTC is detection of the advanced adenoma with an accepted surrogate that exceeds a centimeter in size. Moderate polyps (6-9 mm) are not the primary target and management is varied and sometimes controversial.
